Divisions
In order to be able to operate more responsively, preparations took place in the last quarter of 2005 to adjust the structure of our organisation. This led to the introduction of our new division structure as of January 1st, 2006.
An important element of our strategy is organisational flexibility. For the benefit of our firm, we need employees who are able to switch easily, who can adjust to changing circumstances, who are able and willing to cooperate, who take pleasure in new challenges and who enjoy their work.
